For a few weeks, I have had the goal to participate in class at church. Mostly this is so people know that I actually speak Portuguese and won’t be afraid to talk with me. Well, I outdid myself. Not only did I participate in Sunday School, but I participated twice. TSP had stepped out and didn’t witness my moment of glory, but it was great. Apparently it also accomplished my goal. Right after church I was asked to teach a lesson next week. I’m going to need to learn a lot of Portuguese this week.
