Eight Months

Our beautiful baby will be eight months this week.  She now crawls rapidly and is a voracious explorer.  She also stands up to furniture. Her standing is still an emerging skill because her whole body shakes when she stands and she falls down a bunch.  My hope is that it takes a bit longer for it to be mastered! 

Because AQP is coming up on eight months, I have recently been thinking about when AJP and BLP were this age.  I thought they would never master skills and would be dependent on me forever.  With AQP, I feel like she is growing faster than I can keep up with and will soon not need me at all.  I don't know if it because I am older or that she is so much younger than the other two but it is an interesting perspective change for me.  I am so happy that she is part of our family.  The other day I looked at a family picture before she was born and I felt like someone was missing and someone was - AQP.
