This past semester AJP took Capoeira as his after school activity. Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that includes great music and singing. It kind of reminds me of a karate, gymnastics, samba mix. It fits so well with the fusion that is Brazil. AJP had a great time and was always practicing (even during the Primary sacrament meeting program – oops!). The week of Thanksgiving we went to his graduation/belt ceremony (Batizado). He has done so well and is so excited for next semester. Below is a video of his performance.
