Happy Thanksgiving - Late

My favorite pictures of AJP and BLP from our Amazon trip.

Each year we like to share with our friends and family what we are thankful for in a Thanksgiving letter. This year, thanks to computer issues, we are posting it a bit late. We have had a great year with trips to Rio de Janeiro, the Amazon and the United States. We are now entering the Brazilian summer and are enjoying the bright sunny mornings and tropical afternoon rains. AJP and BLP are doing well in school, especially Portuguese! In thinking about what we are truly grateful for we came up with the following list:

• That Jesus is the Savior

• Star Wars and Bakugan

• Being able to work in the Young Men’s organization at church.
• The chance to meet new people every day.
• A wonderful family that puts up with every day surprises.

• The wonderful opportunity to have lived in so many cultures with their many tastes, smells and sights.
• The interesting and thoughtful books I have read this year.
• An incredible family that loves me and supports me in whatever crazy thing I try.
