Season of Light

This year in school, AJP has been learning about the different holidays that are celebrated around this time of year. It is amazing how many of them are celebrations of light. There is Diwali from India, Hanukah from Israel, Kawanza from Africa and Christmas. We were struck when the Christmas light display at our local temple was called the Festival of Lights. For us, that was an accurate description of the season. Christmas is a time to reflect on the light in our life, Christ. We wish you all a happy and peaceful season.
